On Friday, both the boys (Dustin Schelegle, Steve Buchanan, Ricky Martin, Thad Sieracki) and girls (Veronica Miqueo, Kara DiBiasio, Heather West, Chelsea Reilly) distance medley relay teams finished second in their heats and in the top fourteen overall. Kaitlin Gregg finished 19th overall in the open 3000 meters. On Saturday, the girls 4 x 800 relay took 14th and Ricky Martin finished 28th in the 1 mile run. It was a successful weekend for the Blue Devils as every runner recorded lifetime or season best times. Next week the Blue Devils will host an MEL league meet on Wednesday and compete in the Oakland Relays at UC Berkeley's Edwards Field.
