Davis High runners Brendan Gregg and Scott Halliday competed Saturday in the Footlocker Western Regional championships at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut CA. The meet attracts runners from all across the western United States, including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana, and Alaska. Gregg medaled in his sophomore divisional race, taking third place on the 5000 meter course with a time of 16:52. His time was the 11th fastest overall of the 305 sophomores who competed in four different races. Halliday had a medal winning effort as well, finishing 9th in his junior divisional race with a time of 17:27. Results Footlocker Western Regional Championships Mt.
