Davis High Cross Country Bella Vista Bronco Invitational Sierra College October 18, 2003 Davis High cross country took a smaller than usual squad Saturday to the Bronco Invitational at Sierra College as many runners elected to take the PSAT test. The number five had significance as every DHS scoring team (varsity boys, sophomore boys, and frosh/soph girls) finished in 5th place in their races. Fine individual efforts were posted by Rachel Cosca (2nd JV girls), Kyle Buchoff (3rd frosh boys), and Tim Brown (4th JV boys). Veronica Miqueo (13th varsity girls), Jeremy Del Cid (19th varsity boys), Kaitlyn Beesley-Campos (18th frosh/soph girls), and Matt Solomon (28th soph boys) led the way in races that the Blue Devil had scoring teams. DHS cross country competes again next Wednesday in a dual meet at Community Park against Armijo High School.
