Welcome to 2011 Distance Track: Parent/Athlete information meeting will be Thursday, July 28, 6:30 pm at DHS Old Gym

Davis High 2011 official season practice begins on Monday, August 15.
It's very important to schedule and complete your sports physical prior to the first day of practice!
Sports physical forms are available at Davis High School.
Cross Country camp will be August 18-21.

Halsted, De La Mora, Harvey, and Van Deynze sweep places 1 through 4 in the 1600!
Halsted and De La Mora take 1st and 3rd in the 3200! Paul Mohr takes 4th in the 800!
Sophie Meads 5th in both the 1600 and 3200, Hannah Krovetz 5th in the 800.
Tess Williams, Laney Teaford qualify for Masters, Kathy Dooley records a PR in the 1600.

Friday: warmup and drills, 35 or 45 or 55 minutes steady state with 15-20 min at threshold, 6 strides
Saturday: long run at joyful pace - 5 minutes longer than your previous longest run this season
Sunday: day off or easy shake out 15-20 minutes or easy bike ride
