Summer conditioning for Davis High School Cross Country begins Monday, June 21.

It's time to prepare for a great 2010 Cross Country season!
The DHS Cross Country summer conditioning program for incoming 9th through 12th graders
will be offered through the Davis Community Track and Field Club's evening distance program.

Grades 9-12 will meet for summer conditioning at the UCD track M-W-F from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
8th grade and younger runners should sign up for the club's morning program.
Other important information about 2010 DHS Cross Country...
e-mail or call if you have questions about summer running or the fall season...
- The 2010 Cross Country season officially gets underway on August 16.
All prospective members of the team will be expected to begin practice unless excused by Coach Bill.
- Please schedule sports physical exams now so athletes are cleared on August 16.
